Leslie Weaver, a licensed professional counselor with USA Counseling and Testing Services, began working at the University in 2014.

Leslie Weaver, a licensed professional counselor and a national board certified counselor for USA Counseling and Testing Services, has been named president of Chapter VIII of the ³ÉÈ˿첥 Counseling Association.

Weaver began working at USA in 2014. She graduated from USA in 2000 with a bachelor of science degree in ³ÉÈ˿첥. At the ³ÉÈ˿첥 Counseling Association’s annual conference in November 2014, Weaver also was named an Emerging Leader for 2015-2016.

The ³ÉÈ˿첥 Counseling Association is the state branch of the 40,000 member American Counseling Association. It is an ³ÉÈ˿첥al, scientific and professional organization with members dedicated to the enhancement of human development throughout the life span. Association members recognize diversity in society and embrace a cross-cultural approach in support of the worth, dignity, potential and uniqueness of each individual. Chapter VIII includes Mobile, Baldwin, Clarke, Conecuh, Escambia, Monroe and Washington counties.
